Research Associate
Centre for Discovery Brain Sciences
£32,548 - £38,833pa – Fixed term until 31 August 2020
A postdoctoral fellow position is available in the laboratory of Christos Gkogkas at the Centre for Discovery Brain Sciences and Patrick Wild Centre, University of Edinburgh, to investigate the neurobiological underpinnings of neuropsychiatric disorders, using rodent models.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual with experience in rodent behavioural analysis to join an existing team with expertise in neurobiology and neurophysiology. Previous experience working in a research laboratory using behavioural neuroscience techniques is essential.
Applicants must have a Degree and PhD in biological sciences and significant relevant research experience.
