Applications are invited for the post of Senior Recruitment Campaigns Officer in the Marketing and Communications department of Royal Holloway, University of London. The Marketing team is responsible for motivating and engaging target external audiences by identifying, bringing to life and effectively expressing Royal Holloway’s stories through a variety of channels in the most inspiring, impactful and relevant way, and the Recruitment Campaigns team plays a key role within this context by developing and delivering high impact campaigns to engage prospective students.
The post holder will be responsible for planning, developing and delivering campaigns and initiatives that have a measurable, positive impact on student recruitment.
The successful candidate will haveexperience of working within either a student recruitment or marketing environment, preferably both. A comprehensive understanding of managing data and CRM systems or other customer database is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Duties will include communications and campaign planning, therefore experience in this is essential.
