Applications are invited for a Postdoctoral Research Assistant in climate effects of meat and dairy production. The post is available for a fixed-term duration of 3 years.
This project will evaluate the climate impacts of various meat and dairy production strategies, as part of a comprehensive project on impacts of future human dietary choices on human health and on the environment. The successful candidate will develop databases of greenhouse gas emissions intensities of various meat and dairy production systems, and use them to analyse impacts on future climate.
