Summary:

Our cutting-edge Training Centre is an amazing place, with state of the art machinery and technology, teaching rooms and open learning areas. As well as Apprenticeships, it also delivers higher education to degree and post-graduate level and bespoke programmes and technical qualifications. Enhancing Training Centre profile via social media on a daily basis.

Main responsibilities will include; leading on all aspects of the apprentices learning and ensure that teaching is of the highest quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering an innovative curriculum that meets the needs of industry and ensures that individuals develop excellent technical and personal skills and have an excellent learner experience. The post holder will be responsible for the quality of provision, ensuring high success and satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be qualified to degree level or above or have relevant work experience in educational and hold a teaching qualification. You will also hold a management level 4 qualification or above or have relevant work experience and have experience of managing and leading change effectively.  The post holder should also have significant experience of managing engineering apprenticeship provision and delivery staff.

This is a full time, open-ended post.
