Contract Type: Fixed-term for 12 months to cover maternity leave

Are you interested in supporting the executive team of a world top 100 University? We are seeking a Support Assistant to join our busy team, providing support to the President and Vice-Chancellor's Office. This role will work closely with other executive support staff located within the Rotunda, the base for many of the University Executive, to provide a highly professional, efficient and collegiate administrative support service. The post-holder will:

-  Lead on financial processes within the team

-  Provide a professional reception service for visitors

-  Provide administrative support to the executive support team

-  Provide planned administrative cover to members of the university executive during periods of holiday or absence.

You will be comfortable working at a fast pace and able to deal with changing priorities. The role offers great variety but requires a high degree of organization. Experience in a similar role or similar environment is important as is the ability to maintain confidentially at all times.

You will join a highly experienced, effective and supportive team who work closely and collaboratively to achieve results. Working effectively in a team environment, and the ability to work to tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy is important. Training in the financial processes of the University can be provided, but relevant experience is important.
