An opportunity has arisen to join the newly formed Finance Business Partnering Team at the University of Birmingham. Working in partnership with and under the direction of the College Finance Business Partner, the post holder will be responsible for ensuring the effective provision of operational support to the College on a variety of financial matters. The post holder will be a key point of contact for advice and support on day to day financial matters for a range of budget areas. With the support and direction of the College Finance Business Partner, he/she will have responsibility for preparation of budgets, business plans, budgetary control and interpretation of financial information in order that budget holders can manage their budgets effectively.
