The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring that all students registered on the LLB & GDL Programmes receive a high quality pastoral support service.
Applicants will promote and deliver support for a diverse body of students. A high degree of adaptability is required for this position.
The successful applicant will assist and work with the Head of Pastoral Care and other members of the LLB & GDL Senior Management Team on all relevant academic and pastoral care issues relating to LLB & GDL students.
This role provides an ideal opportunity for individuals with a deep interest in pastoral care issues within Higher Education to develop both their experience and skills.
What we’re looking for
Your excellent customer service skills will enable you to support and assist students in an educational environment.
With excellent communication and presentation skills, you will have the ability to work within a close knit team.
Your organisational skills will enable you to work under pressure, manage problems and find appropriate solutions.
The successful candidate will have strong administration and IT skills (Excel, Databases, conference/web software; Adobe connect.
