Do you have front of house service experience and the ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment whilst providing excellent customer service at all times?

In this full time role you will assist with the delivery of an efficient and high quality Café Bar service in a vibrant, family friendly entertainment arts venue. This will include supporting a busy bar and set up of Café Live performances.

You will adhere to and maintain all aspects of stock and cash control, assist in the service of food and drink and work closely with kitchen colleagues to deliver a first-class dining experience.

You will assist with directing casual team members on a daily basis, ensuring consistency of service.

As Cafe Bar Assistant you will:

Be responsible for maintaining high standards of service delivery, safety, hygiene, security, personal discipline and compliance with all legislative requirements.

Support with functions and events on a daily basis, providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times.

This role requires the daily operation of cash tills, cashless card transactions and the reconciliation of monies.
