The School of Music, Humanities and Media seeks an Attendance Monitoring Administrator to support the School’s attendance monitoring, retention and student engagement processes.
This is an interesting, student facing role working in a busy office environment as part of a small team. You will undertake a range of administrative duties connected with the School’s student engagement and retention processes, with particular responsibility for the attendance monitoring processes.
Analysing student attendance data, you will monitor those students at risk of failure, with the aim of increasing student retention and progression. We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and enthusiastic person, possessing excellent communication, customer service and effective administrative skills. You should be a well organised, team member with good interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with a wide range of people and situations in a professional manner. An understanding of issues facing students in Higher Education would also be beneficial.
