The Division of Infection and Immunity are looking to appoint a Research Associate. The position will be in the group of Professor David Price, the Division of Infection and Immunity, School of Medicine.

The post is funded by a Wellcome Trust grant and will work on the project entitled: 'The Immunopathogenesis of Epstein-Barr Virus-associated malignancies'. Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infects >90% of the human population and is associated with a broad spectrum of diseases, including an array of distinct malignancies. The successful candidate will join a group that uses novel immunotechnological approaches to profile EBV-specific T-cell immunity, as well as T-cell immunobiology in a wide range of other infectious and autoimmune diseases.

Candidates should have extensive experience in T-cell immunology, particularly developing and growing T-cell clones, as well as a high level of expertise in production of proteins, especially high quality multimeric peptide-MHC.
