APL is New Zealand’s leading window systems company and we have a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join our maintenance team.
 
Reporting to the maintenance team leader, you will be responsible for maintaining our plant and equipment as well as attending to various maintenance requests throughout the organisation.
 
The successful person would be required to actively contribute to the promotion of Health and Safety practice and continuous quality improvement.

To be successful in this role you would be required to:

• Have a Maintenance/fitter trade Background 
• Hold a current driver's license
• An excellent communicator – verbal and written
• Have basic computer skills
• Be confident with heights 

Fabrication and welding experience would be advantageous but not essential however, the ability to manage your time effectively is a must.   This role will be 42 hours a week and will be perfect for a reliable self-starter that can not only work well within a team environment but also be trusted to work unsupervised.
