Cyclespot Group is the largest Motorcycle dealership in New Zealand, with world leading premier brands we are seeking a highly experienced Service Manager to lead our very busy Service Department.

This position would require the applicant to have proven, current experience in a similar role, ideally within a Franchise brand environment, you must be confident in your leadership and management skills, and above all you must have a solid understanding of how a dealership runs.

You will be responsible for:

• Working closely with our technicians and service advisors to ensure growth, productivity and efficiency,
• Managing and monitoring department expenses
• Resolving customer concerns
• Working closely with our Manufacturers requirements
• Delivering superb customer service
• KPI's and profitability

We are looking for someone who is:

• Analytical and good with figures
• Able to work well within a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Experienced and a driven leader
• Wanting to provide a superb customer experience
