We are a Franklin based (south Auckland) bakery manufacturer, who is seeking a Technical Manager to join our growing team.
Food industry experience is essential. Other attributes that you will have are;
* A degree in Food Science or similar
* Knowledge and Execution of HACCP and Food Control Plans
* Understanding and Experience in Health and Safety
* A strong eye for detail, and quality
* Good administration skills and document control
* Self Starter
* Self Motivated
* Enthusiastic Team Player
* A understanding of bakery products
* A good working knowledge of Word and Excel.
* An open mind and ability to handle multiple tasks
* A minimum of 3 years New Zealand work experience
Work hours are Monday to Friday. 7am start
