This brand new role will play a key role in developing and maintaining the Occupier business in Wellington.  This includes management of clients with a key focus on identifying and executing real estate solutions, ensuring a high quality output and supporting the Director’s overarching strategy and that of the Pacific, Advisory and Transaction Services | Occupier business.

The role;

• Assist in managing local transactions for globally mandated, corporate accounts
• Developing and maintaining excellent client and internal relationships
• Preparation of submissions and proposals to prospective and existing clients
• Carrying out financial analysis where required  and providing strategic solutions and recommendations
• Managing the work of CBRE and third party consultants, providing instruction and monitoring progress.

• Customer focused
• Degree qualified (Property and/or Finance)
• Knowledge of leases, property contracts and New Zealand property law
• Competency in financial modelling
• Strong time management, multitasking and prioritisation
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint capability
• Well developed report writing and pitch preparation skills
