We’re looking for Project Managers with property or construction expertise. The projects will be 6-8 months (depending on how good you are at your job!)
You must love challenging projects and be a natural born problem solver. If successful you’ll lead complex property change projects across New Zealand.
You'll be the type of person who loves meeting with stakeholders and is comfortable presenting to and getting senior leadership buy in. You'll work with a wide range of people in the company, understand the needs and pain points of people, be willing to create new processes and delivery systems, prepare reports for leadership teams and be the go-to person when people need advice on their property needs.
Some of the perks include a flexible work schedule and working with an experienced and caring team who are leading some exciting New Zealand wide projects on a large scale. $130+ hourly rate.
