Commercial Property Manager/Body Corporate Manager
We have an opportunity for another Property Manager to join our small team.
Based in our central Hamilton office, your key responsibilities will include client and stakeholder relationship management, working in partnership with Body Corporate and Commercial Property Owners as well as tenants.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A passion for commercial property
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
- High level of resilience and able to manage multiple competing priorities
- Proven analytical and problem solving ability
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Working knowledge of meeting procedures i.e. Chairing a meeting, resolutions, minute taking
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Budget management skills
- Microsoft Office Suite experience (in particular Word and Excel)
Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a comparable work environment or management position.
A current drivers license and car is essential, as is the right to work in New Zealand.

We offer the ability to work flexible hours, however this is a full time role, with some element of after-hours work when required.
