We are seeking a Property Specialist who would be responsible for the effective management of the Councils property portfolio, assets, licenses to occupy, residential and commercial leased premises and land. This individual will maintain a strong working relationships with key stakeholders i.e. customer's tenants, public, iwi and councilors.
This role offers a unique diverse portfolio which makes it busy, challenging, demanding but varied, incredibly satisfying and rewarding.
Our goal is to exceed expectations at all levels so we are looking for an individual who are customer driven, delivery and outcome focused and can work towards the bigger picture and vision.
The experience and skills required for this positions is;
- 3-5 years' experience working as a Property Manager.
- Good knowledge of the legislation relating to; Contract Law, Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, Resource Management Act, Building Act, Residential Tenancies Act
- Sound organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks
- Outcome focused
- Sound PC Skills
- Ability to negotiate & communicate with confidence
- Strong relationship building skills
- Full driver's license
