This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global property leader and manage an interesting mixed commercial portfolio. The portfolio consists of a mixture of high rise and light industrial buildings.

You will manage Wellington autonomously reporting into a New Zealand manager in Auckland.  You will manage all aspects of day to day property management.  Also, you will maintain an excellent level of customer service to tenants, oversee the financial management, prepare budgets and strategies to optimise the portfolio and maximise value.

You will be an experienced and proven property or asset manager, ideally with exposure to industrial properties.  You will also possess well-developed communication, analytical, evaluative and reporting skills. You will need to possess drive ambition, enthusiasm and creativity.  
 
In addition to progressing your career and skills on a large and complex portfolio you will be offered an attraction remuneration package.  Over time you will also get the opportunity to progress either nationally or internationally.
