SOUTHLAND BASED OPPORTUNITY
 
Platinum Recruitment are on the hunt for a skilled Facilities Team Leader or Property Consultant for one of our favorite clients!

You will be responsible for the supervision of the FM team ensuring the assets remain well maintained, sustainable and that the highest level of safety and service is consistently achieved.
You will be required to take a proactive approach managing contractors, OH&S and risk and building compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule, assign & perform property maintenance across the region
• Ensure facilities are maintained to a high level 
• Follow and enforce Health and Safety legislation
• Inspect building and equipment for repair and maintenance work
• Maintain records and prepare reports for management
• Liaising with council, contractors etc

Key Requirements:

• Relevant Facilities Management or Asset Management Qualifications
• 5+ years experience within a similar role
• Experience supervising and managing staff
• H&S knowledge
• Clear communication and written skills
• Administration and documentation skills
• Experience and ability to deal with changing demands
