Wynter Property – a division of Wynter Recruitment is excited to be recruiting on behalf of RCG as they seek to find a Property Manager to work alongside an experienced, market-respected team of consummate property professionals.

Working within the property investment team and reporting through to Director level, you will play an integral role in advising RCG’s clients on best practice Asset Management and carrying out instructions in accordance with that advice. This is a multi-faceted property management position where you will have the opportunity to work across a range of property-based tasks.
  
Core Responsibilities:

• New lease negotiation and renewals
• Budget management (OPEX and CAPEX)
• Arrears management and supporting the accounts team
• Assisting the Project Manager in completion of tenant fit-outs and building works
• Facilities Management and contractor liaison
• Providing support to the Directors

The Ideal Candidate:

• Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business or Law
• 12 months + experience in a commercial property capacity
• A confident manner when dealing with challenging scenarios
• A positive, common sense approach to daily situations
• A passion for property and eager to grow in experience
