Realty Group is the parent company for the Bayleys and Eves business throughout BOP, Waikato and Taranaki. Due to continual growth in the residential property management business they have created a great opportunity for someone with a thorough understanding and passion for residential property management to be an additional resource to the team helping out with a number of tasks specific to the industry.
Key tasks include:
- property management compliance - manage and continue to implement all compliance and legislation to do with property management, including the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 - example: asbestos, methamphetamine, healthy homes, insulation, council bylaws
- relief for Property Managers and Property Management Administrators - back up to the company relief person when required. This may require some travel around the region from time to time
- managing systems - manage and enhance company systems. Must have good software skills, have a good understanding of Outlook and some understanding of Excel
- managing company documents - gate keep all property management documents and marketing initiatives; ie; website blogs, newsletters.
We are looking for a proactive person with initiative who is able to work independently and autonomously. Ideally you will be analytical with strong administration skills and have amazing attention to detail. This role will allow someone plenty of scope to make it their own while being in a great team with a positive, fun yet professional culture. Previous Residential Property Management experience is required as you will work very closely with the Group Manager of the team and act as a back up to the Property Managers from time to time.
