Property Manager

Join a motivated team in a fast-paced company that’s growing every day. The position will progress for the right candidate as the company expands. You will be involved in all facets of the day-to-day management of our portfolio of residential rental properties in the greater Auckland area. The ideal candidate for this role is someone outgoing with good commercial acumen and a passion for property. While you won’t be selling property, a good understanding of the property market and sales skills will see you excel in this position.
Key duties:
- Liaise with tenants, owners and contractors
- Coordinate maintenance work
- Carry out inspections and viewings
- Ensure compliance with the RTA
Previous property management experience is preferred, and our ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience working as a residential property manager. You must also have;
- A full driver’s license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive attitude
- A strong focus on customer care
