Our client, a property developer is currently seeking an Asset Manager to join their Tauranga based team to manage a portfolio of commercial assets to the value of $100 million in the Bay of Plenty.
 
It is essential that you will have held a role that has encompassed commercial property. This company is open to bringing on board someone who’s held a Senior level role or someone who’s not the finished article but has the ambition and student mentality to be mentored. 
 
We’re also seeking the following:

• A minimum of 8 years total experience in the commercial property market
• A relevant degree in Property, Law or Commerce
• Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience with managing relationships, tenants and solving property related problems
• Strong financial reporting skills 
• Local knowledge of the Bay of Plenty commercial property market will be highly advantageous
• Commercial Nous
