An exciting opportunity has become available to join the busy rental team in the Highland Park Branch to assist our Property Portfolio Managers.

This position will provide an excellent grounding in property management, ideal for anybody wishing to progress a career in our industry towards becoming a portfolio manager. The role will involve a variety of duties and is a full-time position including Saturday morning work (every 3rd week).

Duties would include:

• Inspections, Typing of Reports for Landlords
• Data Entry
• Maintenance Requests
• Customer Service - Following up with Landlords and Tenants
• Rent Reviews
• and some Letting of Properties

The successful applicants must have good computer skills and have the ability to become quickly proficient in our industry software and applications. Previous experience is not essential, but applicants must be able to prioritize and communicate effectively with colleagues, landlords, and tenants. The ability to speak Mandarin would be advantageous, but not essential.
