We have an excellent opportunity to join Heartland Bank as a Property & Procurement Co-ordinator based in Newmarket.
  
In this role you will provide day to day operational support to the Property and Procurement Team. This includes managing the contracts register and other associated procurement registers to maintain accurate and up to date records. You will support the Procurement and Property Manager with administration of correspondence, reports, presentations and other material as well as assisting the team to deliver a wide range of projects including relocations, fit outs, contract and tender administration and process improvement activities.
  
This is very much a hands-on position. To be considered for this role you will be a competent administrator with one year or more of administrative or customer service experience.   You will be highly organised and have fantastic verbal and written communication skills. You are known for your analytical skills, accuracy and being fast to productivity. You will have a collaborative style and are valued as a significant contributor to the smooth running of an organisation.
  
We have a really welcoming and social team culture and our Newmarket location amongst the shops and the cafes is fantastic.  We are a five minute walk from the train station and bus stops and there are public parking options nearby.  This is a Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm role.
