Adecco Christchurch is looking for a Body Corporate/Building Facilities professional for a full time role based in Christchurch. We have a current growing demand for body corporate professionals with proven experience in the industry, someone who is enthusiastic and can hit the ground running. We require someone who is already in a similar role and is looking for a new exciting opportunity with a well-known client. If this sounds like you please get in touch today.

Duties of these roles include but are not limited to:

• Managing the Body Corporate day-to-day relationships with apartment owners, contractors, service providers, landlords, property managers, and on an informational basis - tenants
• Undertaking site visits to properties on a regular basis
• Monitoring Health and Safety compliance of contractors & service provides onsite
• Working closely with the Body Corporate Finance/Administration Managers to facilitate communication to stakeholders of all work activity within the apartment complex that may impact them

The ideal applicant will have:

• Highly developed customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Can-do attitude; with a high level of initiative and sound judgment
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of people
• An agile working style; capacity to multi task effectively and remain calm under pressure
• Ability to negotiate, influence and persuade constructively
• 2 years proven experience in body corporate or building facilities management

Experience in the industry is essential, training and on-going support will be provided. We are looking for a positive personality and a can-do attitude with the ability to fit into an already existing and strong team.
