Adecco Christchurch is looking for a Body Corporate/Building Facilities professional for a full time role based in Christchurch. We have a current growing demand for body corporate professionals with proven experience in the industry, someone who is enthusiastic and can hit the ground running. Duties of these roles include but are not limited to:
• Managing the Body Corporate day-to-day relationships with apartment owners, contractors, service providers, landlords, property managers, and on an informational basis - tenants
• Undertaking site visits to properties on a regular basis
• Monitoring Health and Safety compliance of contractors & service provides onsite
• Working closely with the Body Corporate Finance/Administration Managers to facilitate communication to stakeholders of all work activity within the apartment complex that may impact them
The ideal applicant will have:
• Highly developed customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Can-do attitude; with a high level of initiative and sound judgment
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of people
• An agile working style; capacity to multi task effectively and remain calm under pressure
• Ability to negotiate, influence and persuade constructively
• 2 years proven experience in body corporate or building facilities management
Experience in the industry is essential, training and on-going support will be provided. We are looking for a positive personality and a can-do attitude with the ability to fit into an already existing and strong team.
