Harcourts Hoverd & Co Property Management Ltd are a Nationally Recognised Award Winning, innovative Property Management company specialising in the sourcing, introduction & management of investment opportunities for our numerous national and international investor clients.

We operate successful Property Management services out of two East Auckland offices: Flat Bush & Beachlands/Maraetai.

We're currently looking to grow our team with another experienced Tenancy Manager.

Our preferred applicant will ideally hold a tertiary qualification, will have outstanding people skills, be well organised, be computer savvy, a definite team player and as an added bonus for us - be able to speak Mandarin (although not a definite requirement).

With Property Management Industry experience, we are seeking a professional with strong local property market knowledge with an exceptional work ethic to match.

Other essential qualities required for the role include:

• Excellent communication skills
• A high level of personal presentation
• Highly motivated and able to take the initiative
• A Full NZ Drivers Licence
• A commitment to excellent customer service
• A long-term commitment to Harcourts Hoverd & Co
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Realbase or Rockend software highly regarded
