The Opportunity

As the Real Estate Administrator, you will be based in their offices in the Tait Technology Centre reporting directly to the management team and providing direct administration assistance to the Regional Managers and the management team in general, attending to all agent set-ups to the company (nationwide), providing Virtual Personal Assistance to agents (nationwide) and providing back-up administration assistance to their busy Customer Services Team during times of annual leave, sick leave and busy periods.

The Role

As the Real Estate Administrator, your ability to provide a high level of client service and provide prompt, friendly communication to their wonderful agents throughout New Zealand will be essential. Being extremely pro-active and having great initiative combined with experience in real estate administration will see you excel in this role. No job will be too big or too small for you to handle - expect to hit the ground running.

Your Profile

  • Two years' experience in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented real estate or legal environment;
  • Salesperson License would be a definite advantage (or the commitment to obtaining your Licence);
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office; experience with real estate CRM systems or similar;
  • Fantastic people skills with the ability to relate to a wide range of people;
  • You’ll be innovative, well organised, level headed, solution oriented;
  • Frontline, self-starter, efficient, productive and work well within a team environment.

Induction and training will be provided which may mean travel as required.
