Working with the Partners of the firm, the position will involve:

• Mainly a property focus
• Leases – building and premises
• Development work – subdivisions of land
• Residential sales and purchases
• Company shares – sale and purchase
• Business sales
• General practice - Trusts, Wills and estates

Ideally you will have 5 years’ experience in commercial and residential property with some general commercial law and general practice. As many of the clients are Chinese a command of both Mandarin and Cantonese is essential. This is an opportunity to work closely with the partners within a social, friendly team. The clients are easy to work with and you will have plenty of opportunity to establish good working relationships with them.
