We have a truly unique opportunity for a private client specialist to join Simpson Grierson, New Zealand's largest law firm. 

Working as part of our commercial property team, this role handles a very broad variety of private client work, including:

• Will drafting and advice;
• Trust establishment, review, resettlement, variations and vesting;
• Estate administration - probate and letters of administration, both for NZ and foreign wills, deeds of family arrangement;
• Enduring Powers of Attorney - advising on and preparing;
• Advice on residential care and retirement village occupation right agreements;
• Relationship property - advising on and preparing contracting out agreements;
• Knowledge of property law.

There is lots of high quality work and plenty of autonomy on offer, so we are looking for someone who has good solid experience and is confident with complex issues in those areas of practice. The role is best likely to suit an experienced senior lawyer, with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, excellent technical and communication skills, and who is able to build great relationships with clients.
