This firm maintains leading edge talent and credibility in this ever-changing space, and are looking to immediately appoint a legal secretary, ideally with 2 years experience, to help with the overflow.
Dynamic and forward thinking, our client has all the resources you need to enjoy a challenging, interesting and broad ranging position. This firm has carved a loyal and committed client base and is now looking to expand.
Key tasks will involve
- Providing executive support to fee earners
- Diary management and assisting with travel bookings
- File management, including opening and closing files
- Assisting with the billing process
- Covering accounts tasks when required
- Providing support and guidance to administrative staff
