Ideally you will have:

• 5 - 6 years’ or more experience
• Good working exposure to commercial law and general practice
• Hands on S &P business agreements, leases, franchises and shareholder agreements
• The makings of some of your own clients to bring along 
• An interest in and active approach to the firm's business development and daily operations

  
You will be down to earth, an easy communicator with a warm and personable approach along with a sense of humour and naturally people orientated.  More than likely you will be looking for a move that will align with the work you do, the type of clients you have and somewhere where you can see yourself for the longer term as a partner.
