This busy Litigator will really rely on you so it is imperative you are able to self manage your work load and be one step ahead of the game to ensure your author's work days run seamlessly.  You will also be required to assist on occasions with personal matters so you will need to understand the importance of confidentiality.  This role will suit an experienced legal secretary with a background in litigation law who is confident and able to make intelligent decisions, can coordinate your author's schedule and take responsibility for the day to day running of his practice.  Some of the tasks involved in this role will include:

• A high level of diary management
• Monthly billing 
• Managing files
• Producing accurate work, with a minimum of fuss, in a timely manner

Skills and attributes required to make a success of this role will include:

• Impressive organisational skills
• A flexible and supportive attitude
• Confident and articulate with high personal presentation
• Strong technical skills
• Proven experience working within Litigation
• Proactive with strong time management skills
