Property Senior Solicitor, Wellington, 6-8 years' PQE

About the role:
You will work directly with some of New Zealand's leading property practitioners. You will act for asset owners, investors and developers with substantial commercial property portfolios in both the private and public sectors and infrastructure providers. You will assist international investors with the establishment and development of their project. You will be involved in a wide range of projects and have significant client exposure. This is an interesting and challenging role.
As a Chapman Tripp lawyer, you'll be part of a friendly and social team who work closely together. You will work in an open, supportive and friendly environment while being exposed to challenging work, and having scope for you to build your practice and long-term client relationships and to advance within the firm.
Relevant Skills and Experience:
- 6-8 years' PQE
- Top marks in your Law degree
- Commercially astute and client focused
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Large Law firm experience working on complex transactions -desired
