Your new company
This Christchurch based company is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary/ Legal PA with experience supporting Senior Solicitors / Partners to assist with maternity cover. This is a firm that is focused on maintaining a healthy workload as this promotes a positive work culture and assures a high quality of service for the Clients.

Your new role
This role is either a 6 month or 12 month contract role within a busy team. Ideally you have experience within either family law, commercial law or property law. You will be typing dictation, managing files, liaising with Clients, managing the diaries of two Solicitors and will be attending to ad-hoc tasks as they come up.

What you'll need to succeed

• You have experience working as a legal secretary in a busy environment;
• Experience transcribing dictation
• You will be available to start within the next four weeks
• You have strong communication skills, you are presentable and can work under pressure.
