Role:
Newly created due to growth. There is a strong workflow with plenty of work and client contact, with scope and support to develop your own clients as well. The clients include SMEs as well as some larger companies, high net worth individuals and private clients.
Interesting and varied work including:
commercial/property transactions, some large scale

• - business sales,
• - commercial conveyancing,
• - construction contracts,
• - business restructuring,
• - trusts,
• - leasing;
• - private client work.

You:
You don’t need to be an expert in all areas, but a willingness to develop further  is helpful. Proven experience in managing transactions is required.  You will be interacting directly with clients daily so the ability to work independently with a broad range of clients is essential.  Very good support available. There is definitely a pathway to partnership in the future for the right person, if that is what you are looking for.
