Bell Gully’s litigation department is seeking an experienced, high calibre Senior Associate to join David Friar and Tim Fitzgerald’s team in the Auckland office. The team has a comprehensive commercial litigation practice spanning corporate, insurance, insolvency, regulatory, banking, and other commercial dispute work. The team appears in, and advises on, the most significant, complex, and high-profile contentious matters in the country.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate with:
- seven or more years of commercial litigation experience, including in private practice;
- excellent communication skills, strategic thinking ability, and attention to detail;
- drive and ambition;
- strong academic grades; and
- a good attitude and a desire to join a collegial and high performing team, supported by David and Tim.
