Are you an exceptional, experienced, Legal Secretary in Christchurch looking for work supporting a fantastic team?

We are looking for Candidates who are readily available to fill roles within well established law firms in Christchurch. This person must have strong experience in the Secretarial or Personal Assistant field and be flexible around hours.



This role's responsibilities could include, and are not limited to;

• Providing secretarial support including Dictaphone typing
  
• Contacting clients and other legal professionals
  
• Preparing legal documents
  
• Overseeing diary appointments
  
• Monitoring court dates and billing
  
• Conveyancing
  
  
  
  The ideal candidate will be expected to;
  
• Have great communication skills
  
• Be confident with Microsoft Office
  
• Have a fast typing speed of at least 50 WPM
  
• Have the ability to work autonomously and use initiative
  
• Be organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  
  
  
  Ideally, you will have previous experience in a law firm, but I would also like to hear from law students who are available for work during the semester and have previous administration experience.
