We are offering an exciting opportunity to join a significant New Zealand insurance company as a Company Secretary. In this specialist role, you will report to the Chief Risk Officer and work closely with Senior Management and the Board of Directors to facilitate and manage governance processes, structures and activities in the company. You will fulfil the duties and responsibilities of the company secretarial function for our client as an NZX listed and ASX foreign-exempt listed entity.
  
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 5+ years’ company secretarial experience acquired in a private practice law firm or an in-house legal environment;
• A Chartered Company Secretary qualification; and
• An understanding of the NZX Listing Rules.
