Role: This is a role working with some of Wellington’s exciting property developments and projects already underway. This will be a role for an experienced lawyer with strong foundations in property law. This opportunity also offers scope for receiving leadership and mentoring. Working closely with the highly experienced national team you will demonstrate your technical expertise in leases, commercial conveyancing and large scale property development projects spanning a range of clients.

You: an ideal opportunity for a solicitor who has at least 3 years experience in the commercial property sector. You will have already established independence as well as developed successful relationships within the sector.
