The Role

The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic and be able to produce results working in a structured, team environment with minimal supervision. Possessing the ability to match strategies and products with the clients’ needs will be a strong advantage with a good attention to detail.

Reporting to the Head of Risk, this role will work in a team atmosphere with other Crowe Horwath staff in order to achieve the client’s objectives using the company process. 

Responsibilities will include:

Client Services

  • Building and maintaining an enduring relationship with clients.
  • Providing timely, appropriate advice in the key areas of Risk Strategies.
  • Approach client matters with versatility and understanding.
  • Adhere to the Findex process including the use of all adviser tools

Business Meetings

  • Meet activity and targets as set by management
  • Attend the weekly Adviser Meeting and report on tasks, KPI's, budgets and any relevant client matters.
  • Reporting and Knowledge Management
  • Report to the Head of Risk and Adviser Services Coordinator as required.
  • Work closely with the Administration Coordinator and any Adviser Support People and to ensure the needs of the client and organisation are always met.
  • Use the dedicated tasking and client management system to record all client information and track workflow.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma of Financial Services or higher
  • Demonstrated background in adhering to established processes and procedures
  • 5 years’ experience in a similar role with strong focus on insurance

  • Excellent communication skills with all levels within an organisation
  • Proven ability to be flexible and adaptable
  • Respond honestly and consistently to staff, colleagues and situations 
  • Ability to display original thinking and creativity
  • Ability to meet challenges with resourcefulness
  • Share knowledge and information.
