We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and proactive fixed-term Claims Adviser to join the General Insurance Claims team in our Johnsonville office and provide outrageously good service to our Members.
Key aspects include:
- Ensuring the integrity of the claims process is managed effectively,
- Management of claims from initial advice to finalisation
- Appointing service providers including adjusters and repairers
- Where appropriate to manage recovery actions
To be able to hit the ground running you will have:
- 5 years' experience within a similar role and used to being accountable for making decisions.
- Experience in managing the full life cycle of claims including recoveries
- Excellent ability to actively build rapport with internal and external parties
- Able to meet task deadlines and manage own time effectively
- A well-rounded skillset - being able to show great judgement while under pressure and being driven to find a resolution for customers.
