About the role

The purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive business and personal insurance advice and implement appropriate product solutions to meet the protection needs of our business customers.

  • Build strong relationship networks within BNZ Partners channel, by championing the need to provide advice for customers with both Business and Personal needs
  • Provide customised Business and Personal insurance advice based on an in-depth understanding and analysis of customer needs
  • Manage policy application process through to completion with BNZ Insurances and other third-party insurers within Approved Product List, along with ongoing customer review program to maximise customer satisfaction and retention

About you

You will love working with business customers to understand their goals and protection needs.

You will ideally have the following:

  • Prior experience providing full advice and dealing with comprehensive product solutions through different insurers
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Business and Personal insurance products
  • Willingness to embrace new technologies to deliver advice
  • Ability to grow your networks and positively influence colleagues and key stake-holders
  • Driven to exceed customer expectations while achieving customer focused targets
