About the Business & Role
Runacres Insurance are one of New Zealand's leading Insurance Brokers and due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced commercial broker to join their busy and dynamic teams both in Auckland and in Christchurch.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you will be/have :
An Experienced broker, confident on commercial, fire & General and specialist risk management
The ability to build and sustain strong commercial relationships, demonstrating business acumen in determining clients policy requirements
A clear understanding of the Insurance market; you will be a strategic thinker, challenge the norm and ensure the delivery of competitive and comprehensive cover for existing and potential clients.
An excellent communicator, you will act as an advocate for clients, building relationships based on trust and respect
The ability to manage and grow your portfolio, adding value every step of the way.
Competent in negotiations with insurers on behalf of clients.
A self motivated and driven worker, thrive on working in an environment where your contributions are valued and your successes will be celebrated and recognised.
