Be part of a large publicly traded property and casualty insurance company. Due to growth, a 12 month Property Underwriter is required in their office located in Auckland.
The Role:
*Underwrite and negotiate renewals and new business
*Provide and process quotation, referrals and binding receipt of closing and policy issuance
*Assist with premium collections
*Maintain relationship with the brokers, claims and risk team
*Support budget reporting and adhoc duties
Ideal Person:
*Ideally 2 years insurance experience preferably in Property or Commercial
*Proven relationship with brokers, client and insurer
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Strong time management and organisational skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
