Do you want to be part of a long standing NZ insurance business dedicated to developing staff as their business changes and grows?

This international insurance business gives expert advice to its customers and they are passionate about people and provide an outstanding service to their clients. Due to growth the broker team are looking are looking for a Domestic Broker to manage and administer their domestic portfolio.

Main responsibilities:

Efficient and accurate processing of Domestic Insurance
Develop and maintain client relationships
Work to achieve and exceed monthly targets
Drive a culture of best practice, development and coaching of Support staff

Skills required:

Insurance industry experience
Strong inter-personal skills
Proven team player
Effective sales skills
Manage own workload and manage time effectively
High attention to detail
