About the role

Our Takapuna Branch is looking for a Broker Support to join their Domestic Insurance team.  In this position you would support a team of 4 Domestic Brokers as they manage their own portfolios.

The Takapuna branch are always looking for people who want to be one step ahead and enable our business to operate at its full potential whether this is recommending process improvements or using your initiative to help account managers do their roles, we are looking for someone who is a strong team player and can bring their ideas to the table.

We are ideally looking for someone with the right attitude and ability to learn and deliver a high-quality customer service experience. Your attitude and presentation skills are key. This role will offer variety and exposure to a wide range tasks and duties. There will be no two days the same and you will be learning from the best. 

Day-to-day you might work on:

  • Rating policy's
  • Managing refund requests
  • Claim enquiries
  • General ad hoc administration  

Skills and experience

You will need to have a few years' experience in the Insurance industry, ideally within the Domestic space. 

We will be looking for:

  • Background in Domestic Insurance
  • Experience managing multiple administration tasks at one time
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
