Cafe Anatolia was established in 2005 and has been growing ever since. Our company began with one Turkish cafe in Hawkes Bay and now operates 12 branches throughout the North Island, serving over 15,000 customers each week.
We have two branches in Auckland - Te Atatu and Browns Bay. We are looking for a Trainee Cook to work across both our Auckland sites.
This will be a permanent position where you will learn the following:
- Food preparation
- Cooking doner meat on the grill and griddle
- Serving food from the salad bar
- Compliance to the Food Control Plan
Candidates must be able to demonstrate that they can consistently deliver high levels of service and to work proactively under pressure.
Experience in Turkish cuisine is not required as full training will be provided. However previous experience in cooking/hospitality is essential.
