Work New Zealand Program Co-ordinator

IEP (International Exchange Programs) is New Zealand's leading provider of overseas working holidays for travellers 18 – 35 years of age. We are looking for an amazing person to step into and crush our Work New Zealand Coordinator role.
You will be working in an energetic team that helps around 3,000 international travellers per year find fun work and great memories in New Zealand. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager
Our ideal candidate will be:
- Fantastic with customers and will have experience working in a service based role
- Well-travelled within New Zealand and overseas and have experienced a range of tourism activities on offer here suitable for the working holiday market.
- Experienced as a travel agent in the backpacker market.
- An excellent communicator who has experience working with a range of cultures and ages
- Highly organized with an ability to juggle projects & multitask efficiently and accurately.
- Willing to work evenings and weekends if/when required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experienced in website content management.
Responsibilities include:
- Front line customer service within IEP's multi-cultural environment
- Managing customer communications in a timely and efficient manner
- Presenting to groups of up to 60 people in our New Zealand Orientation sessions
- Selling domestic and international backpacker travel through our in-house travel shop
- Website Content Management
- Generating job listings for our participants
- Assisting with airport pick up's and social events
