We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic chef, who is passionate about cooking and willing to lead the kitchen team in a corporate environment. Your mission in this role is to deliver top quality, tasty and consistent food in a timely manner.

This is a full time contract role - Maternity leave cover, based in Auckland CBD

You will be responsible for Food Planning, Preparation, Presentation, Customer Service, supporting your team, Food Safety, OH&S and deliver an exceptional food experience to our client.

• Preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes to a consistently high standard
• Menu development and function planning
• Leading a team of up to 5 kitchen staff
• Managing food and labour costs
• Achieving all safety, hygiene and food quality targets
Skills and Experience

• A proven ability to deliver quality food in an corporate environment
• Well-developed leadership skills
• Constructive behaviours that are a positive example to others
• Ability to multi task and work as part of a team
